Feb 17:<\/strong> With the appointment of Naveed Ahsan as non-statutory member from Punjab, the constitution of the ninth National Finance Commission got completed.<\/p>\n

The Commission is constituted under Article 160 of the Constitution of Pakistan, 1973 with Federal Finance Minister as its chairman and includes four provincial finance ministers and four technical members.
